Used on offset presses with conventional dampening systems for transferring water onto the image plate.

Choice of Synthetic or pure cotton Supplied in 20 m rolls, order according to the diameter of the roller

Synthetic Yarn:
100% synthetic, shrinks in water to give exact fit Easy to fit, lint & dust free Cover supplied inside out for easy fitting Measure length of roller + enough for limited shrinkage Roll over roller, leave sufficient for shrinkage & tieing Immerse in warm water not > 50°C for 5 min or cold for 15 min
Pure Cotton:
For use on the form or plate rollers Low cost excellent water retention properties Cotton rollers should be scrapped t remove lint after fitting These covers do not shrink and care must be taken in selecting the correct size
Fountain roller covers:
Lightweight cotton covers Elasticated, easy to fit
