WET MINIROLLS®

THE SYSTEM IS COMPOSED OF:

– unique moistening cartridge, made of a basin with a diffuser for the distribution of the cleaner

– A set of minirolls to be placed in the basin for impregnation

– A set of bags containing a proprietary cleaning solution, 100% VOC free with a flash point superior to 100°C, measured exactly for ideal moistening of the cloth.

These are wet minirolls® several advantages:

– durability: not only the product has a timeless shelf life, but also in use, you may rest assured that your roll will never run dry!

– ease of storage: it has no storage requirement and does not need to be kept in the horizontal position.

– ideal also in application with high operating temperatures:

the high flashpoint (above 100° Celsius, i.e. 210° Fahrenheit) of the cleaning solution makes its use safe even on bigger heat–set printing presses

– lowest impact on the environment, best safety for both operators and blankets: the cleaning solution is not only 100% VOC free, but it is also dosed in the exact amount to guarantee the best cleaning results with the lowest use of cleaner.

– best cleaning power as it is prepared right before use:

• the cloth fully maintains its characteristics as it is not weakened by any prolonged contact with a solvent; • the cleaning solution maintains its chemicals properties as it does not have any prolonged contact with the cloth
